Our experiential boutiques are an extension of our design-forward philosophy - sophisticated, welcoming, and built on enduring relationships with our clientele.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking passionate part-time <strong>Sales</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Advisors</strong> to join our SoHo flagship boutique. As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver a luxury shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and embody the Ring Concierge aesthetic. This role is client-facing and sales-driven, with a focus on personalized service, product expertise, and achieving individual and store performance goals.</p> <p><strong>Client Experience &amp; Sales</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on fine jewelry.</li> <li>Foster an exceptional shopping experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.</li> <li>Act as a brand ambassador by cultivating loyal client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ring Concierge aesthetic and values.</li> <li>Support clienteling excellence through accurate, detailed, and consistent CRM data entry.</li> <li>Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.</li> <li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of our fine jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.</li> <li>Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection.</li> <li>Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Contribution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.</li> <li>Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.</li> <li>Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, supporting peers to achieve shared goals.</li> <li>Act as a reliable and professional team player, embodying Ring Concierge’s values of collaboration, service, and excellence.</li> <li>Lead by example with maintaining the store’s appearance by ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing.</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to effectively position our brand and products within the luxury jewelry market.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with store operations as needed, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining boutique standards.</li> <li>Assist in the seamless execution of product launches, client events, and seasonal activations.</li> <li>Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the boutique is prepared for daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures.</li> <li>Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies.</li> <li>Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry.&nbsp;</li> <li>Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.</li> <li>Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth.</li> <li>Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.</li> <li>Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.</li> <li>The compensation range for this role is $23-25/hour.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
