About the role
Purpose of the Position
As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with the Sales Supervisor and other team members to drive sales and meet customer needs.
General Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass the set targets as cascaded by the Sales Supervisor.
- Work along the journey plans agreed and set by Sales Supervisor.
- Receive and report on all sales, leads, customer issues.
- Participates in all BTL/Marketing activities or assigned by Sales Supervisor.
- Collects and submits competitive intelligence and market trends to the organization.
- Sales uplift for the dealer that is assigned to and ensures growth monthly.
- Attends gate meetings with the Sales Agents and Dealership teams.
- Works in collaboration with Sales Supervisor to improve customer relationship in the area.
- Works in collaboration with Bike association stage and on ground leaderships.
- Conduct sales follow ups and converting them to output.
- Prepares and submits daily/weekly/monthly outputs reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Participate on all marketing activities both visual and audio on BTL and ATL including posting on social media platforms.
Qualification And Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in business studies.
- 1-2 years of Sales experience-Automotive especially 2&3 wheelers would be an added advantage.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and able to work as a Team player and Team contributor.
