Join our team in Aman Nai Lert. Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences will rise from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Lead Management: Promptly qualify and respond to all incoming event inquiries via telephone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct professional site tours of the property, articulating the value proposition and tailoring layouts to meet prospective clients' objectives.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare bespoke proposals, negotiate pricing within approved yield management parameters, and oversee the execution of formal contracts and deposit collection.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Client Consultation: Serve as the dedicated point of contact post-booking to finalize all event details, including culinary requirements, audio-visual setups, and interior design.
  • Logistical Oversight: Create detailed event orders (EOs), floor plans, and comprehensive timelines to communicate client expectations clearly to internal departments.
  • Vendor Management: Supervise external partners and suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to venue guidelines, insurance requirements, and delivery schedules.

Execution & Post-Event Operations

  • On-Site Coordination: Oversee event execution on-the-day, managing real-time logistics and serving as the primary liaison for the client host to guarantee a seamless experience.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Verify final billing statements against actualized consumption and ensure timely account settlement.
  • Relationship Management: Implement structured post-event follow-up protocols to assess client satisfaction, secure feedback, and foster long-term repeat business.

Professional Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of progressive experience within luxury hospitality, premium event planning, or corporate sales.
  • Communication: Refined verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage diplomatically with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational acumen, characterized by the ability to manage multiple complex portfolios concurrently under strict deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of property management systems (PMS), CRM software, and digital event diagramming tools.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligned with event operational demands.
