Sales Associate

<p>Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Sales Associate to join the team in Los Angeles reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our LA Flagship store team.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><em>Sales &amp; Experience:</em>&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Delivers exceptional customer service at all times.</li> <li>Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times while referencing checklists daily (cleanliness, smell, sound &amp; appearance).</li> <li>Ensure that the Brand Ethos is protected as well as spoken about on the sales floor.</li> <li>Handling difficult customer interactions in a responsible, educated manner.</li> <li>Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge.</li> <li>Act as an Aime Leon Dore Brand Ambassador</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><em>Operations:</em></li> <ul> <li>Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment.</li> <li>Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met.</li> <li>Successfully operate POS systems and transactions.</li> <li>Support all areas of the store when necessary such as register, door host, back of house, etc.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail</li> <li>A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment</li> <li>Keen attention to detail</li> <li>A pro-active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative</li> <li>Computer and till system literate</li> <li>Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Flexible working hours&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements </strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs</li> <li>Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis</li> <li>Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).</li> <li>Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$20.25 - $22.50 per hour&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Aimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
