What You’ll Do

• Work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Represent a nationally trusted home improvement brand
• Start conversations and generate qualified appointments
• Use proven sales scripts and training systems
• Work outdoors with a competitive, motivated team
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills

 

Pay & Benefits

✅ $39,520/yr base pay

On-Target earnings: $78,000/year

Top-performing reps regularly earn:
