<h3><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">An exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a hyper growth start-up, and learn what it means to build an impactful data & people-driven business. You will be given responsibility in working alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in building, growing, and running aspects of FirstMind. You will have a passenger seat view of our journey of </span>rapid growth. More tangibly you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.</li>
<li>An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs</li>
<li>A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy</li>
<li>Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries. </li>
<li>International exposure where you will expand your professional network across Nova Founders Capital and get unique access to our network of leaders. </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your responsibility will be; </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assistance in introducing FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions and subscriptions to key decision makers. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assistance in developing a successful pipeline of commercial leads & clients</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drafting & presenting client proposals</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders. </span></li>
