About the role



Job responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Job requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the technology or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of technology products and services, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
