<p><strong>Overview:&nbsp; </strong>We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Nashville! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project’s message of kindness and self-love. As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring our brand story to life, help customers find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Share our mission, help customers find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.</li> <li>Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.</li> <li>Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service.</li> <li>Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers.</li> <li>Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.</li> <li>Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.</li> <li>Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Retail Experience Preferred - But if you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we’d love to meet you!</li> <li>Strong communication skills—you love chatting with customers and working with a team.</li> <li>Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store.</li> <li>You stay positive and find solutions with a can-do attitude.</li> <li>Able to work weekends and holidays.</li> <li>You believe in Little Words Project’s mission and are excited to spread kindness every day!</li> </ul>
