About the role
<p>Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Part Time Sales Associate to join the team in London, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our first international Flagship store team.</p>

<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times</li>
<li>Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment</li>
<li>Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge</li>
<li>Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met</li>
<li>Create a welcoming environment by greeting and interacting with customers, responding to queries regarding products and purchases. </li>
<li>Provide recommendations based on product knowledge inline customer needs and preferences.</li>
<li>Successfully operate till systems and transactions</li>
<li>Act as an Aimé Leon Dore Brand Ambassador</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail</li>
<li>A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail</li>
<li>A pro-active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative</li>
<li>Computer and till system literate</li>
<li>Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Flexible working hours</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Physical Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis</li>
<li>Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).</li>
<li>Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.</li>
