Sales Lead

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee and support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, performance-focused, and committed to delivering results. You will lead a small team of sales representatives, monitor daily sales activities, and ensure that both individual and team targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a sales team of up to 3 team members;
• Monitor and manage incoming leads, messages, calls, and sales inquiries;
• Track team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded;
• Take full ownership of team results and sales outcomes;
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve sales performance;
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maintain high conversion rates;
• Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing best practices;
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities;
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of proven sales experience in real estate or educational products / services;
• Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage but not mandatory;
• Strong desire to develop into a leadership and management role;
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in Russian is a plus;
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility;
• Ability to monitor team activities and ensure consistent follow-through;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
