Sales Back office

CBS is on the lookout for a motivated Sales Back Office professional to enhance our team's operational efficiency and support our sales initiatives. As a Sales Back Office member, you will play a crucial role in bridge the gap between our sales representatives and customers by managing essential paperwork, processing orders, and maintaining records. Your contributions will facilitate seamless communication and ensure our sales team can focus on what they do best: selling. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and input data into the CRM system to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads to improve closure rates.
• Generate sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance and customer service, to enhance operational workflows.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and help facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing back office efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales back office or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
