About the role

Drive the energy transition by providing sustainable technological solutions through our digital platform, facilitating from planning to contract tendering to implementation of renewable energy systems in real estate and industrial companies. We enable our customers to increase the economic efficiency and CO2 balance of their properties while minimizing technical, commercial, and energy risks.

Tasks

  • Advise and sell our integrated renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial property owners and businesses in Italy.
  • Independently organize and structure client meetings, proposal preparation, and consultation discussions in a flexible manner according to customer needs.
  • Active acquisition efforts to continuously generate new contacts and to manage your leads quickly and effectively.
  • From the first contact through to project completion, you ensure transparent communication and tailor-made solutions.
  • Work closely with project coordination and technical site management to smoothly hand over your client projects and support them through to successful end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

  • You are highly motivated and have at least 3 years of experience in selling complex, consultative products within the B2B/commercial sector — ideally in real estate, finance, industry, or the energy sector.
  • As a strong communicator with open personality, you are able to provide competent and individualized advice in response to all client questions and concerns.
  • You possess solid technical understanding and a good sense for project financing and economic feasibility, enabling you to explain complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn distinguish you — you are eager to stay at the forefront at enshift and position yourself in this dynamic industry with up-to-date expertise.
  • You are fluent in italian and english, both written and spoken.
