Square One is one of Cyprus's fastest-growing residential developers, with over €150M in sales and 10 active off-plan developments across Limassol. We are expanding into Athens and beyond, and building out a procurement function capable of supporting an institutional-grade platform.
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales & Business Development Officer and motivated to join our dynamic team. With over 30 million euros in available real estate opportunities, we are set on expansion and looking for a key player to help propel our brand forward. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth as we continue to make significant strides in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Organise and attend viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of SquareOne’s real estate properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
