</ul></div><h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1>
<p>We are seeking an exceptional <strong>Senior Sales Compensation Analyst </strong>to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be involved in <strong>administering compensation for hires on variable compensation plans.</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible to:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Assist in the administration of compensation programs within current and future ICM tools and/or processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and understand all commission plans according to documented sales plans and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage the accuracy of commission expense outputs as well as the reconciliations, adjustments, and commission modifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure accuracy of data and inputs; both within an ICM tool and through any manual audit processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support the sales team by resolving commission payment inquiries within a timely manner</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a deep understanding of future and existing tools, platforms, and source data (Salesforce, Snowflake)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop commission communication materials, train members of sales and field operations departments regarding commission calculations and policy changes as appropriate</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Draft and maintain commission plans and statements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proactively identify issues and make recommendations for new programs and process improvements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct what-if scenarios and/or assumptions (when necessary) for commission expense calculations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Communicate effectively, both written and orally, to satisfy commission requests with high understanding of inquiry resolution and our current processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work in partnership with GTM Sales Compensation Manager in modeling, developing, and modifying sales commission plans and Rules of Engagement</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze sales compensation performance and effectiveness</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ad Hoc reporting requests supporting both Compensation and other team initiatives (ie turnover reporting, headcount reporting, diversity reporting etc.)</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1>
<h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Experience in commission systems is </strong><span style=" margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><strong>required for this role</strong> (must be able to enter new hires, update existing employees, pull reports, update the commission</span> system, and perform monthly audits). Experience with CaptivateIQ Admin is a plus, and ICM tool admin certification is highly preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Must have </strong>three to five years of Sales Compensation experience working with multifaceted, complex plans.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Must have</strong> experience in hyper-growth environments and the ability to context-switch regularly.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with implementing and maintaining an ICM tool is preferred.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Must possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to produce reports and analytical presentations with oversight from the hiring manager.</p>
