Your mission: meet senior US executives, assess fit, and close them on our AI‑powered career placement service. No cold calling. No chasing. Our marketing team fills your calendar with warm leads, you show up, run the call using our proven playbook, and close.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Run Zoom sales calls with warm leads booked directly to your calendar
  • Confirm upcoming calls with personalized touchpoints (email, Loom, etc.)
  • Follow up with prospects who haven’t yet closed
  • Stay on top of your inbox daily
  • Submit end‑of‑day reports (calls, deals, hours)
  • Participate in team trainings and continuous improvement (review calls, practice scripts, help evaluate new hires)

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum: 1 deal per week (after ramp‑up)
  • Clear accountability: if you don’t meet the standard, we part ways
  • Growth path: top closers can advance to Sales Manager or revenue leadership roles (CRO, CMO)

Schedule & Requirements

  • Fully remote, South Africa
  • 9AM–6PM EST (New York time)
  • Native‑level English fluency required

Benefits

Compensation

  • $1,500/month base (guaranteed)
  • $150 per closed deal (uncapped)
  • Performance bonuses for top closers

Actual monthly earnings from current team members:

  • 5 deals = $2,250
  • 10 deals = $3,000
  • 20 deals = $4,500+ bonuses
