<p>Nova 401(k) Associates is one of the fastest growing TPA firms in the country, and we are looking to further expand our presence.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We proactively go to the marketplace to target retirement plan advisors and some of the largest record-keepers in the industry to provide the best retirement plan services possible.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA sales team in the country in key metropolitan areas. If you are in or around Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; NYC/CT; or Minnesota; have an interest in the responsibilities outlined below, and meet some combination of the stated requirements, please consider joining our team.</p>

<p>This is a full-time position for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to prove their ability in sales.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong><em>Primary Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify Investment professionals in assigned region to promote Nova services</li>
<li>Participate in point-of-sale presentations to plan sponsors to represent Nova’s solutions</li>
<li>Maintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site visits, seminars, webinars, conference calls, and other presentation media</li>
<li>Understand the competitive industry environment; identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the management team</li>
<li>Build and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partners</li>
<li>Travel to offsite periodic sales training</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Sales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesaling</li>
<li>Excellent sales and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment</li>
<li>Proven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needle</li>
<li>Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships</li>
<li>Confident presentation skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus</li>
</ul>
<p><br>We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. The total compensation package includes base salary, commission and bonuses, providing an opportunity for high achievers to significantly enhance their overall earnings. Benefits package includes: health, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, a 401(k) Plan, and a HSA. Veterans are encouraged to apply.</p>
