Good working knowledge of store reports and retail message board as well as knowledge of system and procedure to achieve good stock and consistency in stock levels. Assist Management team to ensure process and systems in store are implemented and regularly reviewed ensuring store ops runs smoothly and issues resolved in a timely manner. Support store manager with the planning and organizing of floor moves and implementation of promotions to maximize commercial opportunities and to company standard. This position will assist the management team in the day to day business needs.</p> <p>Part Time 28-30 hours weekly<strong>.</strong></p> <p>Located at &nbsp;<strong>Woodbury Common Premium Outlets</strong>, 548 Debry Lane, Central Valley, NY 10917.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable client experiences that reflect the luxury brand.</li> <li>Support sales goals through product knowledge, client engagement, and relationship building.</li> <li>Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and store readiness.</li> <li>Act as a key holder and leader on duty in the absence of store management.</li> <li>Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an elevated store presentation.</li> <li>Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and shipment processing.</li> <li>Coach and support team members to ensure a high level of customer service and operational execution.</li> <li>Help maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.</li> <li>Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.</li> <li>Support special events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives.</li> <li>Assist with receiving, unpacking, processing, and replenishing merchandise shipments in a timely and accurate manner.</li> <li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of both the sales floor and backroom to ensure an efficient and elevated shopping experience.</li> <li>Ensure product is properly stocked, displayed, and stored according to company standards.</li> <li>Support inventory accuracy through proper merchandise handling, stock rotation, and organization of back-of-house areas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have High School Diploma or GED, some College.</li> <li>Full time position.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum&nbsp;of 2 years of sales experience, preferably&nbsp;beauty experience, exceeding sales goals.</li> <li>Minimum&nbsp;of 2 years customer service experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Some management or leadership experience preferred.</li> <li>Preferred if they speak, Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Portuguese.</li> </ul> <p>A reasonable pay range is 18/hr. - 21/hr.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <div class="x_elementToProof" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Molton Brown is part of Kao founded in Japan in 1887, at Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission.
