Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you support most stages of the customer journey, from generating interest to product delivery. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize post-sales processes to ensure excellent customer service;
  • Support the sales team with customer follow-ups to help accelerate sales cycles;
  • Manage data entry and validation within the sales process, including purchase orders and delivery information;
  • Collaborate with production to organize orders and ensure on-time delivery;
  • Manage order shipments and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery schedules.
  • Support finance with invoice coordination;
  • Help prepare reports/KPIs on sales focused metrics;
  • Support on marketing activities, i.e. material and event requirements;
  • Maintain data accuracy and best practices in CRM and ERP systems;
  • Other related tasks.



Requirements

  • Technical or business education background;
  • 2+ years of experience as a sales coordinator or equivalent;
  • Customer-centric with excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus;
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot and Odoo are a plus);
  • Proficient in MS Office and curious to work with new digital technologies;
  • Strong organization skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach;
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment;
