<p>The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual acts as the backbone of the sales team, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ol>
<li><strong>Sales Support</strong>
<ul>
<li>Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, proposals, and presentations.</li>
<li>Ensure all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly.</li>
<li>Coordinate and maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and deals.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Order Processing and Management</strong>
<ul>
<li>Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Customer Relationship Management</strong>
<ul>
<li>Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Coordination and Collaboration</strong>
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.</li>
<li>Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Reporting and Analysis</strong>
<ul>
<li>Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1+ years preferred).</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li>
