This position plays a critical role in supporting both broadcast and digital advertising operations by ensuring advertising campaigns are accurately entered, scheduled, and executed according to client specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span><br><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support sales fulfillment efforts by entering and managing broadcast, streaming, OTT, and digital advertising orders.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process new orders, revisions, and change requests across a wide range of television, streaming, and digital advertising products.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide account coordination support for local Account Executives.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with sales, traffic, and operations teams to ensure accurate campaign execution and delivery.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to advertiser and agency requests by providing proof-of-performance materials, including airchecks, pre- and post-logs, pacing reports, and campaign documentation.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Utilize inventory reports and campaign data to assist in the creation and execution of makegood schedules and solutions.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting strict deadlines.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop a working knowledge of both traditional broadcast inventory and modern digital advertising products to support integrated marketing campaigns.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span><br><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working knowledge of digital advertising products, ad serving, streaming/OTT platforms, and digital marketing technologies.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to quickly learn and navigate both linear television and digital advertising ecosystems.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Two or more years of experience in broadcast traffic, digital advertising operations, sales support, media, or a related field preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with WideOrbit Traffic and WideOrbit Media Sales is preferred but not required.<br><br>If you are a collaborative professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure advertising campaigns run seamlessly across television, streaming, and digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.<br><br>Position is hybrid after training is complete.</p> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$25 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h3>Benefits:&nbsp;</h3> <p>TEGNA offers comprehensive benefits designed to safeguard the physical, mental and financial health of our employees and their families.
