About the role
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the sales team and contributes to the smooth execution of sales and project activities. The role coordinates communication between internal teams, customers, and partners, manages sales data, and supports the efficient delivery of business opportunities in an international environment.
Tasks:
Customer Data Management & Administrative Support
· Maintain accurate customer, contract, and project data in CRM and ERP systems
· Support the preparation of quotations, pricing calculations, and contracts
· Manage and update the Contracted Sales Report (CSR)
· Prepare and distribute SOC/SOV documentation
Project & Order Support
· Create and manage pre-sales and project orders
· Maintain project folders and documentation
· Support project managers in planning and aligning data across systems
· Close and archive completed orders
Data & Reporting
· Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports
· Develop and improve reporting tools in Excel
· Support data-driven decision-making
Coordination & Communication
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical, and Project teams
· Support spare parts and service sales as needed
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within sales processes
Qualifications & Requirements
· University degree (Business / Management / Engineering is an advantage)
· 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination
· Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
· Fluent in English and Czech
· Proactive, reliable, and well-organized individual
