As our <strong>Sales Lead</strong>, you will drive revenue growth by building high-value partnerships with employers and helping them scale their teams through our recruitment solutions.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="3">Core Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="4"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,0,0">Drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals with crypto startups, protocols, and established exchanges.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,1,0">Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote employer products, including featured job listings, recruitment software, and bespoke hiring solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,2,0">Identify and engage key decision-makers within the Web3 ecosystem, including Founders, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Managers.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,3,0">Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback, ensuring our employer tools remain competitive and aligned with the needs of the industry.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,4,0">Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports on revenue growth and market penetration.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="5">Requirements</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="6"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in professional sales, with a proven track record in <strong>SaaS or B2B platforms</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,1,0">Deep knowledge of the <strong>crypto industry landscape</strong> and a strong understanding of its unique hiring challenges.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,2,0">Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,3,0">Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,4,0">Prior experience in recruitment technology or the HR-tech space is highly preferred.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="8">&nbsp;</p> <p data-path-to-node="8">&nbsp;</p>
