Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!
We are seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're the type of person who thrives in a competitive environment, loves to hustle, and wants to win through driving growth and hitting targets, then we want to hear from you.
Drive Enrollment Growth
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
- Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
Sales Execution
- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Bilingual Customer Support
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and program teams
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
Requirements

- Proven Sales Experience
- Background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets
- Pipeline & CRM Discipline
- Experience managing leads and tracking activity in CRM systems
- Organized and consistent in follow-ups
- Strong Communication Skills
- Confident, clear, and engaging communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Required to effectively support our diverse community
- Self-Starter Mentality
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Takes initiative without needing constant direction
