You will oversee a multicultural team of 5 to 7 Business Development Representatives. You’ll move beyond generic sequences to high-intent, research-backed prospecting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Tech Stack Champion:</strong> Ensure the team is getting maximum ROI out of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted prospecting tools</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>BoB Management: </strong>Develop the best-in-class strategies for managing the rep's book of business and running the outreach-prospecting playbook and turning curiosity into attention with intention.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Live the mission:&nbsp;</strong>inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. You should have examples of BDRs OR AEs you’ve mentored who have been promoted into AE or Senior roles.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analytical Skills: You can look at a conversion funnel and pinpoint exactly where the "leak" is-whether it’s the initial hook, the discovery call, or the hand-off to the AE.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strategic Narrative Building: Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for a Challenger Brand or a "non-commodity" solution.
