Sales Development (Inbound &amp; Outbound)</h4> <ul data-start="987" data-end="1423"> <li data-start="987" data-end="1069"> <p data-start="989" data-end="1069">Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (lost leads, cold outreach, sequences).</p> </li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1160"> <p data-start="1072" data-end="1160">Qualify and engage inbound leads across multiple touchpoints (web, events, referrals).</p> </li> <li data-start="1161" data-end="1258"> <p data-start="1163" data-end="1258">Apply <strong data-start="1169" data-end="1192">ENCHANT Methodology</strong> based on Challenger Sale, and <strong data-start="1223" data-end="1255">BANT qualification framework</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1259" data-end="1333"> <p data-start="1261" data-end="1333">Book meetings with qualified decision-makers and warm leads for sales.</p> </li> <li data-start="1334" data-end="1423"> <p data-start="1336" data-end="1423">Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activities in <strong data-start="1389" data-end="1420">CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)</strong>.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1425" data-end="1462">2. Event &amp; Campaign Activation</h4> <ul data-start="1463" data-end="1744"> <li data-start="1463" data-end="1554"> <p data-start="1465" data-end="1554">Identify relevant industry events and coordinate with the sales team for participation.</p> </li> <li data-start="1555" data-end="1669"> <p data-start="1557" data-end="1669">Assist with planning, logistics, and follow-up for internal and external events (e.g., eTail, eCommerce Expo).</p> </li> <li data-start="1670" data-end="1744"> <p data-start="1672" data-end="1744">Collaborate with industry bodies to co-host events or distribute EDMs.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1746" data-end="1778">3. Marketing Coordination</h4> <ul data-start="1779" data-end="2157"> <li data-start="1779" data-end="1873"> <p data-start="1781" data-end="1873">Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with target accounts and outbound efforts.</p> </li> <li data-start="1874" data-end="1971"> <p data-start="1876" data-end="1971">Help localize global marketing content for <strong data-start="1919" data-end="1931">Malaysia</strong> (emails, landing pages, collaterals).</p> </li> <li data-start="1972" data-end="2063"> <p data-start="1974" data-end="2063">Track performance of local paid campaigns and provide feedback to improve lead quality.</p> </li> <li data-start="2064" data-end="2157"> <p data-start="2066" data-end="2157">Own feedback on content for landing pages, digital campaigns, and local website branding.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2159" data-end="2204">4. Market Intelligence &amp; Lead Research</h4> <ul data-start="2205" data-end="2449"> <li data-start="2205" data-end="2287"> <p data-start="2207" data-end="2287">Research and enrich contact lists for prospecting (decision-makers, partners).</p> </li> <li data-start="2288" data-end="2371"> <p data-start="2290" data-end="2371">Monitor competitor activity and trends across eCommerce, retail, and logistics.</p> </li> <li data-start="2372" data-end="2449"> <p data-start="2374" data-end="2449">Share insights with commercial and marketing teams to inform positioning.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2451" data-end="2486">5.
