<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Sales Development Representative (SDR)<br><strong>Location</strong>: Onsite in American Fork, Utah</p>

<p><strong>A Day in the Life as an SDR at Brevium</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make 30-40 cold calls and send 30-40 personalized emails daily</li>
<li>Research and add 15+ new contacts into your call cadence to build your pipeline</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to engage targeted accounts and setting quality meetings</li>
<li>Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to identify, track, and engage prospects effectively</li>
<li>Participate in various meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls, to continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge</li>
<li>Engage in peer collaboration, sharing best practices, role-playing, and learning from “oops moments” to drive continuous improvement</li>
<li>Maintain self-discipline, accountability, and reliability in all tasks and goals</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Success Metrics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Month 1</strong>: Achieve 2 demos and engage with 10 providers</li>
<li><strong>Month 2</strong>: Achieve 5 demos and engage with 25 providers</li>
<li><strong>Month 3</strong>: Achieve 7 demos and engage with 60 providers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>0-2 years of sales experience; open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn</li>
<li>CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Candidates with experience in summer sales or young recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply</li>
<li>A passion for being an SDR and developing into a sales professional</li>
<li>Persistence</li>
<li>Excellent communication, both written and verbal</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Base Salary</strong>: $45,000 - $60,000</li>
<li><strong>On-Target Earnings (OTE)</strong>: $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience</li>
<li><strong>Benefits</strong>:</li>
<ul>
<li>401K match: 100% match for the first 3% contributed and a 50% match for the next 2%</li>
<li>Health Savings Account (HSA) available</li>
<li>Comprehensive health, vision, dental, life (a $200K policy), and disability insurance with all premiums paid by Brevium</li>
<li>Optional GAP or Premium insurance plans available (employees cover difference in premiums if chosen)</li>
