The Role
We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential Cylindo customers. You'll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying e-commerce & marketing leads within the furniture retail space.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research high-potential brands and retailers
Execute targeted outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Qualify leads and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate on go-to-market strategy and messaging
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility
Be the first impression of a cutting-edge tech solution transforming digital retail
What We’re Looking For
1+ year in SDR/BDR role, ideally at a SaaS company
Experience engaging marketing and eCommerce decision-makers
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
CRM know-how (Hubspot & ZoomInfo preferred, not required)
High energy, proactive mindset, and a team-first attitude
College Education
Be creative, eager to learn and coachable
Surrey-based (3 days/week in office)
