About the role
<p>The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Globalli will support pipeline generation and outbound prospecting efforts across our global HCM, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who understands the HR technology and global employment landscape, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can effectively engage HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an automation-first environment and leveraging modern sales technologies, AI tools, and scalable outreach strategies.</p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and research prospective clients across global markets and target industries.</li>
<li>Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other sales channels.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.</li>
<li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Globalli’s ideal customer profile.</li>
<li>Schedule discovery calls, demonstrations, and meetings for Account Executives.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking within HubSpot or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Utilize sales engagement, prospecting, and automation tools to improve efficiency and pipeline visibility.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR Operations, and Leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide market feedback, prospect insights, and competitive intelligence to leadership.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals.</li>

<p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting within SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll, EOR, workforce management, fintech, or related industries.</li>
<li>Experience selling or prospecting into HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations stakeholders is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience working within a startup or high-growth technology company.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of global workforce operations, payroll, HCM, EOR, contractor management, or HR technology ecosystems.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in evolving startup environments where priorities may shift quickly.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience within a global payroll, EOR, HCM, or HR technology company.</li>
<li>Exposure to international employment, workforce compliance, or cross-border payroll operations.</li>
<li>Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly Spanish or other languages relevant to Globalli’s global markets.</li>
<li>Experience working with distributed or international teams across multiple time zones.</li>
