π― The Opportunity
- Identify and research target organisations and key decision-makers
- Use LinkedIn, CRM, and market insights to build strong account intelligence
- Spot triggers such as hiring activity, technology changes, and transformation initiatives
- Lead with phone-based outreach as your primary channel
- Support with LinkedIn and email follow-up to maximise engagement
- Book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders across target accounts
- Work closely with the Growth Director to refine messaging and strategy
- Deliver high-quality handovers into the sales pipeline
- Share market feedback and insights to strengthen our approach
- Take ownership of KPIs including call volume, conversations, and meetings booked
- Attend client meetings to develop your commercial understanding
- Contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class outbound function
- Experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation is advantageous
- Confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and positive mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Curious about data, technology, and how businesses operate
