<p><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p>This role offers a chance to shape our growth in key global markets. We're looking for an ambitious and smart individual ready to launch a sales career in mobile advertising. <br>The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating meetings for our sales team with relevant potential customers who are large and well-known app developers. </p>
<p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively identify and map out potential customers who are large and well-known app developers</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth market research to define target audiences and key decision-makers</li>
<li>Craft personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate interest and schedule meetings</li>
<li>Maintain a high volume of outbound activity (e.g., emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) while focusing on quality engagement</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their strategy, needs, challenges, and budgets to assess product relevance</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies</li>
<li>Keep company CRM tools up to date and ensure records are well maintained</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>1+ years experience working as a Sales Development Representative or similar role</strong></li>
<li><strong>Mobile or AdTech experience</strong> is a plus</li>
<li>Proven <strong>sales skills, with the ability to research, engage, and build rapport with prospects</strong></li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively</li>
<li>Sales skills, self-driven research, persistence, and determination</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, Apollo or Lusha</li>
<li>Knowledge of and experience in using AI tools</li>
<li>Team player with good, structured communication skills and proficiency in English</li>
<li>A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory</li>
