About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and turn marketing interest into real sales conversations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and engage decision-makers
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and target the right audiences
  • Keep CRM records up to date and consistently hit activity and pipeline targets

What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence in outbound sales, especially cold calling and prospect outreach 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly 
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the resilience to keep pushing forward 
  • Curiosity and commercial awareness to spot opportunities others might miss 
  • A data-driven approach to prioritising activity and improving performance 
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales tech, or AI tools is a bonus 
  • A team-first attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
