About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching new leads and figuring out who we should be talking to
  • Helping craft outreach messages and connecting with potential customers
  • Qualifying leads and setting up calls for the sales team
  • Keeping our CRM up to date as leads move through the pipeline
  • Joining team meetings, sharing your ideas, and learning from experienced sales pros

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Fresh or recent university graduate 
  • You’re interested in sales, business development or just enjoy talking to people
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You’re organised and good at managing your time
  • You’re eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative
  • Some experience with CRM tools (like Pipedrive or Salesforce) is a bonus, but not required
  • Arabic is a bonus, but not required
