This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, connecting with new people, and creating opportunities that directly contribute to our mission.&nbsp;This position works closely with our Enterprise Sales Manager and Director of Business Development, playing a critical role in generating qualified opportunities and supporting our growing sales pipeline.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Chandler, AZ (In Office) - 4100 W. Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ 85226<br><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM<br><strong>Compensation: </strong>$28–$31/hour, based on experience plus commission opportunities</p> <p><strong>Why Join Trinity?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly pay plus commission</li> <li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision (Cigna)</li> <li>401(k) with 5% employer match and immediate vesting</li> <li>HSA &amp; FSA options</li> <li>Employer-paid Life Insurance &amp; AD&amp;D</li> <li>Paid Sick Time</li> <li>Career growth opportunities within Business Development and Enterprise Sales</li> <li>Mission-driven culture where your work truly matters</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities and building a healthy sales pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Research and identify prospective healthcare organizations and strategic accounts</li> <li>Prospect through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach methods</li> <li>Engage decision-makers through consultative conversations that uncover business needs</li> <li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness</li> <li>Schedule meetings for the Enterprise Sales Manager with qualified prospects</li> <li>Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process</li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records, lead activity, and pipeline updates</li> <li>Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Manager, Director of Business Development, and Operations teams to support successful client engagements</li> <li>Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and ideas for growth opportunities</li> <li>Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and sales development</li> <li>Represent Trinity professionally while living our core values</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or inside sales</li> <li>Confidence making outbound cold calls and engaging prospective customers</li> <li>Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills</li> <li>Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic</li> <li>Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales representative</li> <li>Healthcare, medical logistics, or medical sales experience is preferred but not required</li> <li>Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, or other prospecting tools is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <p>This is a full-time, in-office position based in Chandler, Arizona.&nbsp;The role may require occasional travel for conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.&nbsp;Because Trinity operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed to support business initiatives.</p> <p>Candidates must also be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities</li> <li>Sit or stand for extended periods</li> <li>Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary</li> <li>Pass a background check and drug screening</li> <li>Maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record</li> </ul> <p><strong>Grow Your Career With Trinity</strong></p> <p>This is more than an SDR role, it's an opportunity to build a career in enterprise sales while supporting an organization that makes a meaningful difference every day.&nbsp;If you're energized by prospecting, building relationships, and creating new opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.</p>
