About the role

We are hiring on behalf of our clients for Sales Development Representatives / Business Development Representatives to support high-growth companies across various industries, including SaaS, digital services, and B2B solutions.

As an SDR/BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building pipeline, and acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, structured, and motivated to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound activities (calls, email, LinkedIn)

• Qualify leads and assess business needs

• Book qualified meetings for the sales team

• Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM systems

• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to drive conversions

• Follow structured sales processes and meet activity and performance targets

• Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing roles is preferred

• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
