About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads for our services through outbound calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach.
- Engage with new subscribers and warm prospects to understand their needs and schedule sales calls.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and the legal information industry.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Ensure all client interactions and data handling comply with LBR policies.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A genuine interest in developing a career in business development.
- Able to work in Hong Kong
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A global mindset and ability to work with international clients.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
