About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads across various sales campaigns.

You will play a critical role in generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, and moving leads through the sales pipeline while delivering an exceptional experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads for assigned campaigns.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations with prospects.
  • Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows.
  • Consistently meet daily outreach activity goals.

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
  • Gather relevant information and identify next steps.
  • Advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure prospects receive a positive and professional experience.

Inbound Lead Follow-Up

  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through job postings and outreach efforts.
  • Engage interested prospects promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct qualification conversations and determine next steps.
  • Maintain communication with leads until a clear outcome is reached.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
  • Log call notes, outreach activities, and lead status updates.
  • Track conversations and follow-up activities effectively.
  • Ensure CRM and tracking systems remain organized and accurate.
  • Support reporting efforts through detailed activity tracking.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified prospects to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Communicate prospect insights and relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign results.

Performance & Target Achievement

  • Meet daily and weekly outreach volume goals.
  • Achieve qualification and conversion targets.
  • Follow established sales processes and scripts.
  • Continuously improve outreach techniques and communication skills.
  • Maintain consistent activity and performance standards.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

An SDR's day is focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.

You will:

  • Review your lead queue and daily outreach goals.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and leads.
  • Send follow-up emails and text messages.
  • Conduct qualification conversations.
  • Log notes and update CRM records in real time.
  • Follow established outreach cadences.
  • Coordinate handoffs for qualified prospects.
  • Monitor progress toward daily and weekly performance goals.
  • Participate in team coaching and training sessions.

In essence: you are responsible for creating opportunities, building the top of the sales pipeline, and helping drive business growth through consistent outreach and lead qualification.
