  • Comfortable on phone and video calls
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate
  • Sold AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling
  • Hit or exceeded quota recently
  • Power user of AI and outbound tools
  • Thrives in fast-iterating, founder-led teams
  • Top performer or team lead in past SDR org
  • Active on LinkedIn or building a personal brand
  • Small, elite team with startup and AI pedigree
  • Early exposure to C-level and AI strategy
