- Personalize outreach at scale with AI
- Qualify inbound leads and route to AEs
- Partner with AEs on account strategy
- Test and refine outreach playbooks

- 1 to 3 years SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track of booking qualified meetings
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable on phone and video calls
- Based in New York or willing to relocate
- Sold AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling
- Hit or exceeded quota recently
- Power user of AI and outbound tools
- Thrives in fast-iterating, founder-led teams
- Top performer or team lead in past SDR org
- Active on LinkedIn or building a personal brand
- Small, elite team with startup and AI pedigree
- Early exposure to C-level and AI strategy
- Build the playbook future SDRs will run
