<p><strong>Sales Development Representative (SDR)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Work: Remote</strong></p>
<p><strong>Days: Monday to Friday</strong></p>
<p><strong>Timings: 8 am to 5 pm ET</strong></p>
<p><strong>Selling.com</strong> is the only B2B Contact Database and Sales Engagement platform sales and marketing teams need to expand revenue. Find ideal customers, drastically reduce the time it takes to connect with prospects and automate non-selling tasks to spearhead outbound success.</p>
<p>As an SDR, you will use the tool to sell it.</p>
<p><strong>What does an SDR do?</strong></p>
<p>Initiate conversations and schedule sales meetings with CEOs and VPs.</p>
<p><strong>How do they do it?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>By executing outbound sales prospecting to target accounts using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.</li>
<li>By researching key executives and assessing their business needs, delivering tailored sales prospecting to communicate our unique value proposition.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>A good understanding of basic management and organizational skills (time, tasks, and priorities)</li>
<li>Excellent listening skills and the ability to grasp the prospect's needs quickly</li>
