<p>The <strong>Sales Director – Performance Solutions</strong> opportunity is within our expanding InMobi DSP and Glance performance team in the Americas region, where we're transforming the digital advertising landscape through groundbreaking solutions. The performance division at InMobi stands at the forefront of innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions powered by our market-leading SKAN technology, extensive in-app mobile exchange network, and distinctive inventory partnerships with telcos and OEMs.</p>

<p><strong>*</strong>This role is in-person and on-site in our San Mateo, CA office and is not open to remote locations. Some travel is required for client meetings and events as needed.</p>
<p><strong><br>The impact you'll make:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Hunt</strong>: Identify, close, and develop relationships with targeted, strategic advertisers and independent agencies for App Performance and App Retargeting opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Farm</strong>: Develop and grow repeat business from existing customers, strategic relationship building to execute long-term commercial contracts, drive QBRs, etc.</li>
<li><strong>Partner</strong>: Liaise with the other key AdTech players like MMPs, DMPs, Platforms, etc. to help work with the partnerships team and drive larger partnership conversations with an aim to deliver more value for the advertiser clients.</li>
<li><strong>Engage</strong>: Attend industry events to represent InMobi with thought leadership on matters relating to performance advertising, especially with the latest industry trends like SKAN.</li>
<li><strong>Strategize</strong>: Work with the product team to drive innovation and bring market feedback into feature requests, work with the product marketing team to drive enablement efforts for initiatives, work with external partners to drive referral programs for lead generation, work with the marketing team to drive thought leadership initiatives, work with internal team to drive process efficiencies on special projects.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate</strong>: effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations, etc.) to help meet marketers' needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><br>The experience we need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience selling demand-side solutions to large brands and advertisers directly, across the advertising technology ecosystem</li>
<li>Deep understanding of mobile app performance ecosystem (DSPs, MMPs, Native Media, KPIs, SKAN, etc.)</li>
<li>Deep experience selling into gaming studios, brands, and independent agencies alike across app performance ecosystems (vertical agnostic)</li>
<li>Drive results with a strategic approach to relationship building vs. a transactional approach</li>
<li>High energy, self-starter, with the ambition to drive performance and impact on the business (bring the hustle mindset)</li>
<li>Proactive problem solver (aim for solutions, not only finding the problems)</li>
<li>Experience being on the other side of the spectrum in the delivery of campaigns and operations to understand common challenges</li>
<li>BA/BS degree in a related or similar discipline is required. An MBA or a Master's degree is a plus. <br><br></li>

<p><span data-teams="true">The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from <strong>$130,000 to $180,000 USD</strong> (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York<strong>*</strong>. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.</span></p>
<p><strong>*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.</strong></p>
<p>In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock enables us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on the company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.</p>
