<p><strong><br>What’s this role about?</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In order to support our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Technical Pre-Sales team. You will be the primary technical resource for the sales organization and provide technical assistance to prospects during software evaluation. This entails answering questions in real time on Slack and attending sales calls when the Account Executives require some additional technical expertise. This may include being a key technical advisor and an Auvik solutions advocate. </span></p>
<p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a core member of the presales team, your days will be spent</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Diving head first into the prospects business challenges and discovering opportunities to solve those challenges using Auvik’s products</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supporting Auvik Account Executives through solution deployments and escalated technical support issues</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Applying software and networking knowledge, plus problem-solving skills, to the integration of Auvik into core customer environments and third-party products </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conveying the value of Auvik by helping prospects augment their standard operating procedures, identify network issues on their locations or client sites, improve business processes using Auvik </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Acting as an internal liaison between the sales, customer success, customer support, and product management teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Documenting unexpected behaviour in Auvik as discovered through customer calls</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicating experience from the field to the product and development teams, contributing to product design, improvements, and evolution</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supporting the development of technical collateral in collaboration with the sales enablement, product marketing, and marketing teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate value propositions.<br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years relevant work experience with a formal education and/or comparable work experience in computer science or networking</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in technical support with a network equipment provider or other networking industry vendor is highly desirable</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands-on experience with at least one element of network design, network management/administration, or network deployment</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer challenges.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies is a plus.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with Auvik’s product offerings and competitive landscape.</li>

<p data-start="100" data-end="510">At Auvik, our hiring process is designed to be personal, transparent, and human-led. Our Talent Acquisition Partners review all resumes, connect with candidates whose skills and experience aligns with the role, and stay in communication with you throughout your journey. If our interests align, you'll meet with a hiring manager, as well as additional members of the hiring team in follow-up conversations. All of your interviews will take place via Zoom.</p>
<p data-start="512" data-end="798">Before meeting with a hiring manager, we also ask candidates to complete a 5-minute Predictive Index (PI) assessment. This helps us understand and match your strengths and work preferences with roles that will set you up for success.</p>

We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.</p>
<p>The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below. </p>
<p>In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik’s future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.<br><br></p></div><div class="title">Salary Range:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$98,000 CAD</span></div></div></div>
