This technical role works closely with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) team to support our partners, prospects, and customers.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Sales Engineer, you will be expected to enable partners to perform all key functions of the role, including running&nbsp;<strong>Proof of Concepts (PoCs)</strong>&nbsp;independently.&nbsp;</p> <p>Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup &amp; Replication&nbsp;is highly&nbsp;preferred. A VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) certification or a related credential (e.g., VMCA, VMware VCP, Commvault,&nbsp;NetApp) would&nbsp;be a significant advantage.&nbsp;A solid understanding of Data Resiliency and Zero&nbsp;Trust&nbsp;concepts&nbsp;would also be a strong asset.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;for Object First products and related technologies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead technical sales presentations, demos, and proof of concepts to customers and partners.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong technical relationships with partners and customers in your territory.&nbsp;</li> <li>Qualify opportunities by assessing technical requirements, solution fit, and competitive landscape.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support sales&nbsp;teams&nbsp;in customer meetings and technical discussions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive partner enablement through training and technical guidance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in events, webinars, and user groups to generate leads.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with&nbsp;sales&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop&nbsp;relationship with local&nbsp;Cybersecurity authorities and ecosystem.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Bring&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in data protection, storage, networking, and virtualization, with hands-on experience using Veeam Backup &amp; Replication.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous&nbsp;Sales Engineering experience&nbsp;in software, DevOps, or data protection.&nbsp;</li> <li>Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;presenting to&nbsp;and working with C-level executives.&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of customer-facing technical presentations and product demos.&nbsp;</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple customer engagements&nbsp;with quick and reliable follow-up.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication skills&nbsp;across all organizational levels.&nbsp;</li> <li>The ability to quickly learn and clearly explain&nbsp;new technologies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong self-motivation&nbsp;with a results-driven mindset.&nbsp;</li> <li>An entrepreneurial mindset&nbsp;and a resourceful, hands-on problem-solving approach.&nbsp;</li> <li>A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>A collaborative mindset&nbsp;and the ability to work effectively across departments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Willingness to travel regularly&nbsp;for customer meetings, partner engagements, and events.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp; <strong>Why Join Object First</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>An exciting opportunity with a global, high-growth IT company.&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid annual leave&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;local regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Remote work options.&nbsp;</li> <li>Modern&nbsp;work&nbsp;equipment is provided.&nbsp;</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth.&nbsp;</li> <li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity &amp; Data Privacy</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Object First is an equal opportunity employer.
