Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.</p></div><div> <p><strong>We are looking for a Sales Engineer</strong> who will strengthen our Sales team.</p> <p><strong>Functional responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Sales Support:</strong> Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering expert advice and support throughout the sales process.</li> <li><strong>Solution Design: </strong>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.</li> <li><strong>Sales Team Training: </strong>Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work with the Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and enhance overall service offerings.</li> <li><strong>Technical Documentation: </strong>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong><br>Requirements for applicants:</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Graduate engineering degree.</div> </li> <li> <div>4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering.</div> </li> <li> <div>Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods: CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Good knowledge of Italian and English.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>IT enthusiast, ready to master and use modern technologies and software.</div> </li> <li> <div>Willingness and desire to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote full-time job.</li> <li>Working hours - CET (Monday to Friday).</li> <li>Fixed rate depending on the career level.</li> <li>Company stock options and an annual bonus (depending on the type of contract).</li> <li>Corporate Laptop.</li> <li>Free corporate English language courses.</li> <li><strong>Team spirit and friendly atmosphere:</strong> we work in an open, friendly and trusting environment that welcomes initiative.
