The role combines technical understanding with sales execution, supporting clients across industries such as <strong data-start="510" data-end="568">mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals</strong>. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.</p> <hr data-start="726" data-end="729"> <h2 data-start="731" data-end="756"><strong data-start="734" data-end="754">Key Requirements</strong></h2> <ul data-start="757" data-end="1513"> <li data-start="757" data-end="939"> <p data-start="759" data-end="939"><strong data-start="759" data-end="786">2–3+ years of experience</strong> in sales and business development for <strong data-start="825" data-end="848">industrial projects</strong>, preferably within <strong data-start="868" data-end="925">mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals</strong> industries.</p> </li> <li data-start="757" data-end="939">Experience in sales for manufacturing lines, equipment or machinery for manufacturing plants within the <strong data-start="868" data-end="925">mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals</strong> industries.</li> <li data-start="940" data-end="1054"> <p data-start="942" data-end="1054">Proven experience identifying business opportunities and driving them through to <strong data-start="1023" data-end="1051">successful sales closure</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1055" data-end="1158"> <p data-start="1057" data-end="1158">Experience developing <strong data-start="1079" data-end="1123">technical and commercial sales solutions</strong> tailored to client requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1159" data-end="1249"> <p data-start="1161" data-end="1249">Ability to prepare and deliver <strong data-start="1192" data-end="1246">sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="1250" data-end="1328"> <p data-start="1252" data-end="1328">Experience meeting <strong data-start="1271" data-end="1288">sales targets</strong> and managing revenue recovery cycles.</p> </li> <li data-start="1329" data-end="1431"> <p data-start="1331" data-end="1431">Proficiency in preparing <strong data-start="1356" data-end="1382">sales activity reports</strong>, pipeline tracking, and performance summaries.</p> </li> <li data-start="1432" data-end="1513"> <p data-start="1434" data-end="1513">High-level proficiency in <strong data-start="1460" data-end="1486">MS Office applications</strong> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1812" data-end="1815"> <h2 data-start="1817" data-end="1846"><strong data-start="1820" data-end="1844">Other Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul data-start="1847" data-end="2383"> <li data-start="1847" data-end="1933"> <p data-start="1849" data-end="1933">Bachelor’s degree in <strong data-start="1870" data-end="1910">Engineering, Business Administration</strong>, or a related field.</p> </li> <li data-start="1934" data-end="2003">Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations.</li> <li data-start="2108" data-end="2213"> <p data-start="2110" data-end="2213">Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.</p> </li> <li data-start="2214" data-end="2294"> <p data-start="2216" data-end="2294">Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="2295" data-end="2383"> <p data-start="2297" data-end="2383">Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2385" data-end="2388"> <h2 data-start="2390" data-end="2419"><strong data-start="2393" data-end="2417">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul data-start="2420" data-end="3295"> <li data-start="2420" data-end="2543"> <p data-start="2422" data-end="2543">Identify and pursue <strong data-start="2442" data-end="2472">new business opportunities</strong>, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.</p> </li> <li data-start="2544" data-end="2657"> <p data-start="2546" data-end="2657">Develop and present <strong data-start="2566" data-end="2613">tailored technical and commercial solutions</strong> that address client needs and objectives.</p> </li> <li data-start="2658" data-end="2761"> <p data-start="2660" data-end="2761">Build, maintain, and grow <strong data-start="2686" data-end="2725">relationships with existing clients</strong>, while expanding the client base.</p> </li> <li data-start="2762" data-end="2874"> <p data-start="2764" data-end="2874">Engage with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to secure sales.</p> </li> <li data-start="2875" data-end="2969"> <p data-start="2877" data-end="2969">Achieve assigned <strong data-start="2894" data-end="2911">sales targets</strong> and ensure timely follow-up on payments and recoveries.</p> </li> <li data-start="2970" data-end="3055"> <p data-start="2972" data-end="3055">Prepare and maintain <strong data-start="2993" data-end="3010">sales reports</strong>, pipeline updates, and activity summaries.</p> </li> <li data-start="3056" data-end="3170"> <p data-start="3058"
