Sales Engineer - Onsite Work Type

• As Sales Engineer you will be preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain company products and solutions to customers and stakeholders; 

• You will be understanding customer requirements and collaborating with engineering and internal teams to propose suitable technical solutions; 

• You will be preparing and submitting quotation requests based on customer needs, specifications, and project drawings; 

• You will be creating and presenting techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations and project requirements;  

• You will be providing technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including consultations, clarifications, and follow-ups; 

• You will be coordinating project execution with customers and internal departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery;

•  You will be negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close deals and ensure customer satisfaction;

• You will be building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and customer service;

• You will be identifying new market opportunities and supporting business expansion within assigned regions;

• You will be conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies;

• You will be supporting marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation;

• You will be collaborating closely with senior management to align sales activities with company business objectives;

• You will be supporting and training internal teams on the technical aspects of products and solutions when required.

• 4+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within PEB structural steel projects, construction solutions, or industrial equipment; 

• Experience within the PEB industry, enabling effective understanding of products and project requirements - Necessary condition;

• Ability to work in an onsite setup on the client location in Cebu - Necessary condition;

• Knowledge of Civil Mechanical Engineering or Architecture, enabling understanding of technical project aspects;

• Experience with MS Excel PowerPoint and AutoCAD, enabling preparation of reports presentations and technical documentation; 

• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders; 

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, enabling successful contract closure and stakeholder alignment;

• Experience with people management, enabling coordination and collaboration across teams;

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams;

• Experience in managing customer relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders;

• Willingness to continuously develop technical and sales knowledge.
