Our products automate routine checks and corrections, speeding up production and freeing developers to focus on growth, discovery, and creation.</p> <p data-start="599" data-end="701">We are currently looking for a Sales Excellence Manager (Business Partner) to join our new department.</p> <p data-start="703" data-end="732"><strong data-start="703" data-end="732">The Business Partner Team</strong></p> <p data-start="734" data-end="912">This brand-new team focuses on driving sales excellence through best practices, KPI management, and operational support across the entire sales process. Our broad scope includes:</p> <ul data-start="914" data-end="1101"> <li data-start="914" data-end="958"> <p data-start="916" data-end="958">Leading sales discipline and performance</p> </li> <li data-start="959" data-end="1004"> <p data-start="961" data-end="1004">Supporting CRM and data hygiene standards</p> </li> <li data-start="1005" data-end="1038"> <p data-start="1007" data-end="1038">Enabling accurate forecasting</p> </li> <li data-start="1039" data-end="1101"> <p data-start="1041" data-end="1101">Partnering closely with Sales to accelerate revenue growth</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1103" data-end="1434">We are looking for a proven Business Partner who can own KPI management, support end-to-end sales processes, and ensure the highest standards of CRM hygiene and data quality. From day one, you will work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales leaders, becoming a trusted partner for a dedicated sales segment or product line.</p> <p data-start="1436" data-end="1471"><strong data-start="1436" data-end="1471">What You'll Be Responsible For:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1473" data-end="2516"> <li data-start="1473" data-end="1683"> <p data-start="1475" data-end="1683"><strong data-start="1475" data-end="1508">KPI &amp; Performance Management:</strong> Develop and continuously improve the KPI framework for sales teams, including performance analysis and efficiency tracking across all sales roles (including unmanaged sales).</p> </li> <li data-start="1684" data-end="1815"> <p data-start="1686" data-end="1815"><strong data-start="1686" data-end="1716">Goal Setting &amp; Incentives:</strong> Manage the end-to-end goal-setting process, from initial KPI definition to final incentive payout.</p> </li> <li data-start="1816" data-end="1941"> <p data-start="1818" data-end="1941"><strong data-start="1818" data-end="1847">Sales Excellence Metrics:</strong> Develop and monitor key metrics such as pipeline quality, win–loss analysis, and CRM hygiene.</p> </li> <li data-start="1942" data-end="2059"> <p data-start="1944" data-end="2059"><strong data-start="1944" data-end="1968">Operational Support:</strong> Support SLA-driven processes such as lead uploads and data delivery for Sales initiatives.</p> </li> <li data-start="2060" data-end="2246"> <p data-start="2062" data-end="2246"><strong data-start="2062" data-end="2090">Forecasting &amp; Reporting:</strong> Manage and improve sales forecasting accuracy in close collaboration with sales leaders. Prepare regular reports to track progress against plans and goals.</p> </li> <li data-start="2247" data-end="2366"> <p data-start="2249" data-end="2366"><strong data-start="2249" data-end="2275">Strategic Partnership:</strong> Partner closely with commercial unit leaders to support critical business decision-making.</p> </li> <li data-start="2367" data-end="2516"> <p data-start="2369" data-end="2516"><strong data-start="2369" data-end="2393">Process Improvement:</strong> Dive into day-to-day sales operations to proactively identify issues, refine processes, and provide relevant data support.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="2518" data-end="2560"><strong data-start="2518" data-end="2560">We're Looking for Candidates Who Have:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2562" data-end="3138"> <li data-start="2562" data-end="2679"> <p data-start="2564" data-end="2679"><strong data-start="2564" data-end="2579">Experience:</strong> Proven experience in KPI development, performance management, sales analytics, or Sales Operations.</p> </li> <li data-start="2680" data-end="2822"> <p data-start="2682" data-end="2705"><strong data-start="2682" data-end="2703">Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul data-start="2708" data-end="2822"> <li data-start="2708" data-end="2769"> <p data-start="2710" data-end="2769">Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL.</p> </li> <li data-start="2772" data-end="2822"> <p data-start="2774" data-end="2822">Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables).</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="2823" data-end="2953"> <p data-start="2825" data-end="2953"><strong data-start="2825" data-end="2837">Mindset:</strong> A structured, logical approach to problem-solving, with a proactive, ownership-driven, and outcome-focused mindset.</p> </li> <li data-start="2954" data-end="3067"> <p data-start="2956" data-end="3067"><strong data-start="2956" data-end="2970">Education:</strong> A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in economics, finance, mathematics, IT, or management.</p> </li> <li data-start="3068" data-end="3138"> <p data-start="3070" data-end="3138"><strong data-start="3070" data-end="3083">Language:</strong> Professional proficiency in English (B1/B2 or higher).</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="3140" data-end="3175"><strong data-start="3140" data-end="3175">It Would Be a Plus If You Have:</strong></p> <ul data-start="3177" data-end="3418"> <li data-start="3177" data-end="3273"> <p data-start="3179" data-end="3273">Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and improving data quality and hygiene.</p> </li> <li data-start="3274" data-end="3354"> <p data-start="3276" data-end="3354">Experience setting up, supporting, or optimizing business and sales processes.</p> </li> <li data-start="3355" data-end="3418"> <p data-start="3357" data-end="3418">Experience working closely with Sales, SDR, or Revenue teams.</p> </li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><br><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);">#LI-HYBRID&nbsp;</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>We are an equal opportunity employer</strong><br><br>We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere.
