About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Leverage existing client networks and industry connections to generate new business.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in the ceramic industry or heating systems is highly preferred
- Strong network and established client database
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
