About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Leverage existing client networks and industry connections to generate new business.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience in the ceramic industry or heating systems is highly preferred
  • Strong network and established client database
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
