<p><strong>Sales Executive - Pharma + MedTech (Individual Contributor)</strong></p>

<p> We build Cicero, a world-leading AI roleplay and workforce productivity application that helps organizations practice the conversations that drive outcomes—so commercial, service, and customer-facing teams execute with confidence and consistency.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p>
<p>We’re hiring a senior, quota-carrying Individual Contributor to expand Cicero across pharma and MedTech business units in the USA and Canada.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to crafting solutions and closing deals</li>
<li>Focus on selling to pharma and MedTech sectors (covering medicines and equipment), mainly targeting the business unit level</li>
<li>Engage in high-level discussions with Commercial/BU leaders, Operations teams, and other key decision-makers</li>
<li>Develop advocates, build multi-threaded account relationships, and ensure clear next steps are established</li>
<li>Leverage storytelling to highlight Cicero’s value: define the problem, outline the cost, present the change, and celebrate the win</li>
<li>Travel about 25% within the USA and Canada for important meetings and critical points in the sales process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven pharma/MedTech sales expertise (therapeutics/equipment)</li>
<li>Record of real wins within pharma/MedTech industry organizations</li>
<li>Skilled at selling to owners and senior leaders, not just L&D</li>
<li>Strong communicator and natural storyteller</li>
<li>High-performing IC mindset: ownership, urgency, consistency, resilience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>AI</strong>, workforce transformation, learning, or enablement</li>
</ul>
