About the role
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays will be in our London office, with the opportunity to work from home Monday and Friday
- Our final intake for 2026 will start Tuesday 30th June.
- Speak with customers via outbound calls, live chat and emails using warm leads
- Convert new and existing leads into customers
- Understand customer needs, home setups and charging requirements
- Explain Pod’s products and services in a clear, friendly way
- Guide customers through the purchase journey while working towards targets
- Keep customer and sales information accurate in our CRM system
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams
- Act as an advocate for EV adoption and sustainable transport
- Represent Pod’s values in every customer interaction
- Confidence speaking with customers in a professional environment
- Strong communication, listening and questioning skills
- Resilience and self‑belief in a fast‑paced, target‑driven role
- Core sales and persuasion skills you can use in any future career
- Time management and organisation in a busy working environment
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how sales teams drive growth
- Experience working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Curious, motivated and keen to learn
- Comfortable speaking with people (or excited to build that confidence)
- Interested in sales, business, sustainability or the EV industry
- Adaptable and able to adjust their approach for different customers
- Customer‑focused and enjoys helping people solve problems
