About the role

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays will be in our London office, with the opportunity to work from home Monday and Friday
  • Our final intake for 2026 will start Tuesday 30th June.
  • Speak with customers via outbound calls, live chat and emails using warm leads
  • Convert new and existing leads into customers
  • Understand customer needs, home setups and charging requirements
  • Explain Pod’s products and services in a clear, friendly way
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey while working towards targets
  • Keep customer and sales information accurate in our CRM system
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams
  • Act as an advocate for EV adoption and sustainable transport
  • Represent Pod’s values in every customer interaction
  • Confidence speaking with customers in a professional environment
  • Strong communication, listening and questioning skills
  • Resilience and self‑belief in a fast‑paced, target‑driven role
  • Core sales and persuasion skills you can use in any future career
  • Time management and organisation in a busy working environment
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how sales teams drive growth
  • Experience working collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Curious, motivated and keen to learn
  • Comfortable speaking with people (or excited to build that confidence)
  • Interested in sales, business, sustainability or the EV industry
  • Adaptable and able to adjust their approach for different customers
  • Customer‑focused and enjoys helping people solve problems
