Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,100,000 subscribers across 23 countries. We are looking for Sales Team Lead to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
- Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales Team Leader or Supervisor
- Experience in team management minimum 10 person
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold calling
- Fluent in English
