<p>LeoLabs is hiring a <strong>Sales Manager / Account Executive</strong> to support growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), with primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.</p>
<p>This role is execution-focused and customer-facing, responsible for developing and managing direct relationships with defense and government stakeholders and supporting the sale of radar and mission-driven sensing solutions aligned with regional defense priorities.</p>
<p>Prior Space Domain Awareness experience is not required<strong>.</strong> We are seeking candidates with strong experience in defense or high-technology government environments in the Gulf and the ability to learn LeoLabs’ radar and mission solutions quickly.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to strategic programs and close collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sales & Account Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support and execute sales activities for LeoLabs’ radar and mission sensing solutions across the GCC</li>
<li>Build and manage direct customer relationships with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, and national security organizations</li>
<li>Engage with system integrators, defense primes, and technology partners to support bids and joint pursuits</li>
<li>Assist in translating customer operational requirements into technical and commercial solutions, working closely with internal teams</li>
<li>Contribute to opportunity qualification, proposals, demonstrations, and customer briefings</li>
<li>Maintain and grow a regional opportunity pipeline; support forecasting and reporting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Account & Market Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage assigned accounts and support long-term customer engagement and account growth</li>
<li>Act as a day-to-day commercial point of contact for regional customers</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Support regional market research, customer mapping, and competitive analysis</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partnerships & Representation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support engagement with regional partners, integrators, and research organizations</li>
<li>Represent LeoLabs at regional industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as appropriate</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4–8+ years of experience in defense, security, aerospace, or high-technology markets</li>
<li>Defense experience is required; space-only backgrounds are not sufficient</li>
<li>Experience working with government or defense customers in the Gulf, with strong preference for Saudi Arabia and the UAE</li>
<li>Background in direct sales, account management, or business development roles</li>
<li>Exposure to complex or technical solutions (radar, sensors, ISR, C4ISR, or similar domains preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to engage professionally with military, government, and industry stakeholders at multiple levels</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a technically advanced environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, International Relations, or a related field preferred</li>
