As orbital activity accelerates and threats grow more complex, LeoLabs is a&nbsp;trusted partner for Space Domain Awareness, Space Traffic Management, and Satellite Operations for top-tier space operators and allied defense organizations.</p> <p>If you're looking to work on mission-critical challenges at the forefront of aerospace, national security, and AI, your impact starts here.</p> <p>LeoLabs is hiring a&nbsp;<strong>Sales Manager / Account Executive</strong>&nbsp;to support growth across the&nbsp;Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), with primary focus on&nbsp;Saudi Arabia and the UAE.</p> <p>This role is&nbsp;execution-focused and customer-facing, responsible for developing and managing direct relationships with&nbsp;defense and government stakeholders&nbsp;and supporting the sale of&nbsp;radar and mission-driven sensing solutions aligned with regional defense priorities.</p> <p>Prior Space Domain Awareness experience is not required<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;We are seeking candidates with strong experience in&nbsp;defense or high-technology government environments&nbsp;in the Gulf and the ability to learn LeoLabs’ radar and mission solutions quickly.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to strategic programs and close collaboration with&nbsp;engineering, product, and leadership teams.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Account Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support and execute sales activities for LeoLabs’&nbsp;radar and mission sensing solutions&nbsp;across the GCC</li> <li>Build and manage&nbsp;direct customer relationships&nbsp;with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, and national security organizations</li> <li>Engage with system integrators, defense primes, and technology partners to support bids and joint pursuits</li> <li>Assist in translating customer operational requirements into&nbsp;technical and commercial solutions, working closely with internal teams</li> <li>Contribute to opportunity qualification, proposals, demonstrations, and customer briefings</li> <li>Maintain and grow a regional opportunity pipeline; support forecasting and reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Account &amp; Market Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned accounts and support long-term customer engagement and account growth</li> <li>Act as a day-to-day commercial point of contact for regional customers</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Support regional market research, customer mapping, and competitive analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partnerships &amp; Representation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support engagement with regional partners, integrators, and research organizations</li> <li>Represent LeoLabs at regional industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as appropriate</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–8+ years of experience&nbsp;in defense, security, aerospace, or high-technology markets</li> <li>Defense experience is required; space-only backgrounds are not sufficient</li> <li>Experience working with&nbsp;government or defense customers in the Gulf, with strong preference for&nbsp;Saudi Arabia and the UAE</li> <li>Background in&nbsp;direct sales, account management, or business development&nbsp;roles</li> <li>Exposure to complex or technical solutions (radar, sensors, ISR, C4ISR, or similar domains preferred)</li> <li>Ability to engage professionally with military, government, and industry stakeholders at multiple levels</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a technically advanced environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, International Relations, or a related field preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Global workforce: flexible remote/hybrid opportunities</li> <li>Work on complex, meaningful missions with real-world impact</li> <li>Unlimited paid time off for most roles</li> <li>Competitive salary and equity packages</li> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>Access to the forefront of commercial space operations and defense innovation</li> </ul> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.&nbsp;</p>
